Created by Chef Eugenio Martignago after a long career as an Executive Chef in Los Angeles, Orange County, Hawaii, and Carlsbad. It will be great to have a small place where I can cook with creativity, freshness, homemade and with personal attention to detail. I am looking forward to making a lot of new friends where I reside in San Marcos.
